Board Meetings
The Partnership holds regular Board Meeting whereby
a representative or 'Board Member' from each of its partners
- Kent County Council, Medway Council, Highways Agency, Kent
Police and Her Majesty's Courts Service - meets with its Project
Manager and Communications Team to discuss operational and communications
matters to ensure that the safety camera programme operates
in the most effective way.

Project Managers Reports
At the end of the financial year, the Partnership's Project
Manager compiles a report to update all five Partner organisations
on the Partnership's progress, which the organisations disseminate
as appropriate.
