Kent Police is responsible for the operation
of all fixed, mobile and red light safety cameras at sites chosen
by the above highways authorities. It also investigates any
non-responses to Fixed Penalty Notices (FPNs), non-payments
of FPNs and traces drivers who attempt to evade prosecution.

include the endorsement of driving licences and the acceptance
of payments in relation to speeding and red light offences.
